There's just . . . something . . . about old homes. It's a personality or character. It's something that's very hard to define but easy to spot. We believe the appeal of older homes comes largely from all of the stories they contain. They are stories most people will never fully know, but their pieces are all on display in the coffee ring on a window sill, in the child's playing card that has slid behind a baseboard, in the small crack in the upper corner of the pane of glass, and in the keyhole of the bedroom door.

 

Come read the stories of the homes in Minne Lusa during the 2015 Tour of Homes. Over a dozen homes will be opening their doors to visitors. Come reminisce about the past, or envision your future here in Minne Lusa. Maybe you grew up here, maybe you're planning on buying a home here, or maybe you just love old homes. Whatever your motivation, we welcome and encourage you to attend this tour and see Minne Lusa from the inside.

 

Register at the south end of Minne Lusa Boulevard. Admission is $10 per person. Children 12 and under are free.
